Rodrigo Schiavo is a distinguished real estate and finance professional and the CEO and President of JH333 Financial Holding, LLC. Born in Assis, São Paulo, Brazil, Rodrigo pursued his legal education at the prestigious universities of Estácio de Sá in Rio de Janeiro and São Marcos in São Paulo. In a quest to broaden his horizons, he spent time in London in 1997 to enhance his English skills, a step that reflects his commitment to continuous learning and global understanding.

Rodrigo’s philosophy intertwines the value of academic knowledge with the rich teachings of life experiences. He believes that while knowledge can be acquired, the wisdom gained through real-world experiences truly shapes one’s expertise. His journey is a testament to his belief in combining hard work and common sense to navigate and thrive even in the most challenging times.

Central to Rodrigo’s life and career are the principles that have guided him through his journey. His steadfast faith, integrity, and commitment to family are at the core of his personal and professional life. He draws inspiration from his deep-rooted spiritual beliefs, notably the biblical verse Jeremiah 33:3, which has been a source of hope and guidance in his endeavors.

WHO IS MOANA SCHIAVO?

I am Moana Schiavo, born on the Island of Maui, Hawaii. I am the owner of JH333 Financial Holding, LLC – a Delaware Limited Liability Company along with my husband Rodrigo Schiavo. I studied Business Administration at the University of Fortaleza in the State of Ceara, Brazil. 

In 1999, I decided to leave Orlando which I had called home for over 10 years, and move to a different country to improve my Portuguese. During my stay in Brazil, I met my husband and we had two miracles, Sarah and Leo. In late 2004 I was invited to move back to Orlando and work for a mortgage broker called Homestar Funding. The difficulties when starting almost from scratch are immense. But it is essential to have faith to take hold of the certainty that there is a God who holds your right hand, who helps you walk the stony paths with the care of a parent. 

 

MY EXPERIENCE 

In the United States, I have extensive experience in various areas related to mortgage, real estate, from the construction sector to bank foreclosures.  With more than 15 Fifteen years of experience in a number of real estate procedures:

  • Mortgage Broker/Principal Loan Originator
  • Buying and selling of real estate;
  • Flip business; 
  • Real Estate Financing; 
  • Forecloses sales and trustee sales and Judgment sales; 
  • Analysis of promissory notes; 
  • Knowledge of liens priorities for acquisition of property; 
  • Securing of real estate;
  • Actions of post real estate acquisitions evictions; 
  • Acknowledgment improvement and renovation to relate the property to the neighborhood 
  • Commercial Development and land leases 
  • Property Management (Residential long term and vacation and Commercial rentals)
  • CCIM course 101

In 2006 we opened Real Mortgage Group, I acted as a Principal Mortgage Broker, specifically in the residential, commercial, and business loans. Today we no longer have this company due to the mortgage crash, which was a school for my husband and I. At the time, we came to represent over 130 lenders, grossing over $130 million in the first two and a half years of activity. The personal experience we have gained through some companies that we had and partner companies, assured us know-how, gained through more than 200 real estate purchases transactions in judicial courthouses and more than 1,000 real estate transactions. 2010 we began Premier Capital Realty LLC, which Rodrigo Schiavo is our broker and I assist him in commercial property management and a CFO. In early 2015 Infinity Private Fund began by purchasing commercial land and doing JV with other partners in land and property acquisition. 2017 we decided to remove the residential department from Premier Capital and established Snap Villas. Snap Villas is a full-service real estate company with residential sales, long-term leasing, and vacation rental property and I act as a CFO until today. In the same year, we established Infinity Mortgage LLC and I act as Principal Loan Originator; we are focused on helping clients establish the dream of purchasing a home and investors purchase income properties.  In late 2019 early 2020, we branched out to the technology world and partnered with PlaceTI focused on managing the electronic and digital conversion of vehicle financing.

I believe that all of my achievements and future goal I praise it to the Lord, without Him I could have not made it this far.
