WHO IS RODRIGO SCHIAVO?
I am Rodrigo Schiavo, born in the town of Assis, in the countryside in the state of São Paulo. I am the owner of JH333 Financial Holding, LLC – a Delaware Limited Liability Company. I studied law at the universities of Estácio de Sá in Rio de Janeiro and São Marcos in São Paulo. In 1997, I lived in London to improve my English.
DIFFICULTIES AND LEARNING
I went through several crises throughout that time. The difficulties when starting almost from scratch are immense. But it is essential to have faith to take hold of the certainty that there is a God who holds your right hand, who helps you walk the stony paths with the care of a parent. Perseverance is the secret of all of those who are able to travel these paths successfully. You need to combine work and common sense to pierce through the darkest crises and thus grow back at an even faster pace than before.
I have always valued academics and the improvement acquired through taking courses, but above all, I trust in the experiences of life as the greatest teachers. Knowledge can be bought, but can never be compared to the knowledge acquired by experience.
In this spirit of perseverance and the mix of knowledge and achievements, we have been developing a great company.
In the United States we have extensive experience in various areas related to real estate, from the construction sector to bank foreclosures. That is what I call a “lived knowledge”. It is more than 15 Fifteen years of experience in a number of real estate procedures:
- Buying and selling of real estate;
- Flip business;
- Real Estate Financing;
- Forecloses sales and trustee sales and Judgment sales;
- Analysis of promissory notes;
- Knowledge of liens priorities for acquisition of property;
- Property evaluation (crucial in fast decisions on highly profitable acquisitions) and appraiser;
- Securing of real estate;
- Actions of post real estate acquisitions evictions;
- Acknowledgment improvement and renovation to relate the property to the neighborhood
- Commercial Development and land leases
- Property Management
In the financing company that we had, was where we started in real estate, specifically in the residential mortgage. Today we no longer have said company, which was a school for my wife and me. At the time, we come to represent more than 130 banks, grossing over $130 million in the first two and a half years of activity. The personal experience we have gained through some companies that we had and partner companies, assured us s know-how, gained through more than 200 real estate purchases transactions in judicial courthouses and more than 1,000 real estate transactions.
Accumulating experiences as the ones described above, I am sure that it will be a very important piece in any real estate transaction with key pieces in each area, whether judicial, tax related, assessments on property value or real estate. It is important to achieve great results being conservative and aggressive at the same time, calculating and maximizing the income.
Finally, I believe that, following a line grounded integrity and serious commitment to investors and transparency, we can solidify clear rules that enable the achievement of common goals and maximize the right to be invested.
